The artist devised a circular system to numer-
ically represent each independence date of Angola. To honor the 50 years of Angola's independence, "a collectors edition" was created: a brass sculpture featuring Angola's independence date, accompanied by a handcrafted box and a framed drawing.

The brass and the golden colour of the ribbons represent not only the wealth derived from the African continent, which contributed to the global economy through labour and resources, but, above all, celebrating how African culture enriched global culture, creating new music, dances, traditions, and culinary fusions.

As the struggle for freedom and independence was long and bloody, the colour of the drawing references dried blood. But also in all cultures, universal love is represented through grand myths, and in many of these myths, it is symbolised by the sacred image of blood.

tors edition foi criado: uma escultura em latão com a data de independência de Angola, que vem com uma caixa fabricada manualmente
e um desenho moldurado.

O latão e a cor das fitas é dourada, para repre-
sentar não apenas as riquezas provenientes do continente africano, contribuindo para a eco-
nomia mundial em forma de mão de obra ou recursos, mas acima de tudo para celebrar como a cultura africana enriqueceu a cultura mundi-
al, criando novas músicas, danças, costumes e fusão culinária.

Como a luta pela liberdade e independência foi longa e sangrenta, a cor do desenho faz referên-
cia ao sangue seco. Também em todas as cultu-
ras, o Amor universal é representado através dos grandes mitos e, em muitos desses mitos, é simbolizado pelo símbolo sagrado do sangue.
